SHIPPING & REFUNDS
ORDER PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders placed through our e shop or by email at www.fyrjewelry.com.
Each order is delicately handcrafted and thoughtfully packed in our workshops and showroom located in
Cairo or Paris depending on which stock location you have chosen.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup at the showroom or delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Please note: We operate two fulfillment locations — one in Cairo and one in Paris.
If an item is unavailable in your region, it may be in stock at our other location. In such cases, our team will notify you by email. Upon your confirmation, we’ll ship your order from the alternate location.
Kindly allow an additional 5–10 business days on top of standard processing for cross-location shipments.
PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS
All pre-order and backorder items require additional time to be handcrafted in our workshops.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for production, depending on the piece.
This is an estimated timeframe to help manage expectations and avoid delays.

TAXES & DUTIES:
Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart
and filled in the shipping address information on our e-shop.
All orders shipped outside of Egypt or France are subject to additional fees includingÂ
taxes, tariffs and duties and any other fees as applicable by the country of destination.
These fees are not associated with FYR JEWELRY and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS :
We will accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt date, and ONLY by email at info@fyrjewelry.com.
Credit card refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account.
We do not accept exchange or refunds on ALL EARRINGS due to hygiene purposes.
PARIS
Our team moves from Paris to Cairo.
When in Paris, we offer private showroom appointments and free of charge pick-ups at our Showroom address.

Please note that FYR JEWELRY becomes solely an intermediate between the client and the courier company
the moment that the order or exchange or return is dispatched.
PARIS TO REST OF FRANCE:
Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days after standard processing.
PARIS TO EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL:
Delivery takes 3 to 8 business days after standard processing.
CAIRO
Orders in Cairo are delivered through a third party-delivery company.
Kindly allow 2 to 3 working days once your piece is ready to be dispatched,
and a courier will contact you to set up a delivery date/time that suits you best.

the moment that the order or exchange or return is dispatched.
*ALL ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR ON A NATIONAL HOLIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
CAIRO TO OUTER CAIRO:
Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days after standard processing time.
CAIRO TO ALEXANDRIA:
Delivery of orders takes 3 to 5 working days after standard processing time.
