We also offer an 8-month guarantee on FYR JEWELRY, during which your piece can be repaired free of charge, except in cases of irreparable damage.
All broken or damaged items will be returned to our workshops in Cairo or to our showroom representative in Paris for inspection. After inspection, a customer service representative will contact you with details regarding the repair process, which typically takes 2–4 weeks.
You will be notified when your piece is ready to be shipped back to you.Â
